The Role
Administer and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, migrate users and desktops to Microsoft Intune, package applications, and develop and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts. The engineer will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to interpret requirements, provide status updates, resolve issues, and deliver strong customer service. The role also requires familiarity with Jira and Confluence and an active DoD Secret clearance with current IAT Level II or higher certification.
