【About the Role】
You’ll be part of the HQ CRM team, responsible for designing and optimizing multi-market CRM strategies that strengthen user loyalty and long-term value (LTV).
Your primary goal is to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and drive repurchase growth across the FUNNOW Group brands.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys using data, insight, and creativity to drive user behaviors and repurchase growth across markets.

【What You’ll Do】
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of group-level CRM strategies to increase repurchase rate, retention, and user loyalty.
- Analyze user segmentation and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to tailor communication strategies to market-specific needs.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Design and launch automated user journeys (push, email, pop-up) via Clevertap or collaborate with product team
- Conduct A/B tests, evaluate outcomes, and continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure CRM campaigns are on-brand, accurate, and effectively targeted.
Data & Insights
- Monitor CRM performance dashboards and key KPIs (repurchase, activation, retention).
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Work closely with BI, Data, and Product teams to enhance user experience and improve overall user LTV.
【What We’re Looking For】
- We welcome experienced professionals in e-commerce or app-based industries, as well as enthusiastic fresh graduates interested in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Analytical thinker with strong ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM automation tools (Clevertap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and countries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin

- 使用 CRM 工具或與產品團隊合作,設計自動化用戶旅程(Push、Email、Pop-up)
- 規劃並執行 A/B 測試,找出最有共鳴的訊息與節奏
- 確保所有 CRM 活動內容正確、符合品牌調性,並精準觸及目標受眾
數據分析與洞察
- 監測 CRM 成效儀表板與關鍵指標(點擊率、開啟率、回購率)
- 進行活動後成效分析,將洞察轉化為具體的行動建議
- 與 BI、數據及產品團隊緊密合作,提升整體用戶體驗並增強 LTV
