- Must be a VoIP SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
- Must have Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- 2 years experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- 4 + years Telecommunications experience.
- 4+ years VoIP experience
- 3 + years Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- Telecommunications experience of 2-3 years. Customer service and analytical skills required. Hands-on skills with Cisco call center applications, IVR systems, and call recording solutions. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and related office products. Strong trouble shooting and people skills are necessary. International experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Telecommunications system administration.
- Ability to understand telecommunications terminologies.
- Ability to plan, organize and complete work as scheduled.
- Ability to work independently in conducting analysis and completing assignments.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to be on call 24x7 with a company supplied Smartphone.
