We are seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2020–2022) to join our growing Intellectual Property & Commercial Transactions practice in our New York office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of relevant experience at a leading law firm, with strong drafting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience supervising junior associates.
This role involves advising leading clients across the technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials, and manufacturing sectors on complex transactions. Candidates should have experience with IP-intensive M&A (public and private), as well as financing and securitization transactions. Familiarity with commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, development, collaboration, and joint venture arrangements, is also preferred.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $310,000- $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
