The Marketing Associate is an integral part of the U.S. Advisor Channel Marketing team, dedicated to understanding client needs and developing integrated marketing strategies targeted at financial advisors. Reporting to the Head of U.S. Advisor Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and business success.
As the Marketing Associate in U.S. Advisor Channel Marketing, you will focus on crafting integrated strategies for financial advisors. You will have the opportunity to shape the firm’s brand and deepen relationships with clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that develops and implements strategies across various platforms. Your role will involve project management, digital communications, event management, and using data to promote initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute marketing plans and initiatives for the channel, utilizing all marketing tools to enhance market presence and share of voice.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for the business line.
Lead client events (both in-person and digital) from planning through post-event follow-up.
Proactively manage client-specific marketing projects.
Leverage digital outreach activities and identify opportunities for firm-level and client-segmentation applications.
Assist in measuring and reporting on marketing activities, helping to assess successes, develop action steps, and identify lessons learned and best practices.
Navigate and utilize marketing platforms essential to role execution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
College degree in marketing or a related field with at least two to three years’ project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and interpret the success and strategy of marketing programs.
Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and sales organizations.
