Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure systems, making architectural decisions that align with business and technical goals.
- Manage applications using TypeScript, AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi), Kubernetes, and React. Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Champion test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration/testing, and security best practices across the software lifecycle.
- Promote coding standards, peer reviews, and continuous learning.
- Oversee advanced database design and optimization, including query tuning, replication strategies, and performance troubleshooting.
- Work effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly within ERP-focused projects.
Requirements:
- Senior DevOps Engineer 6+ years of experience
- Expert inAWS, infraAsCode (terraform, pulumi), Kubernetes
- React, Typescript knowledge is nice to have
- Architectural decision-making experience, designing scalable, high-performance systems.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
- Proven ability to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Experience with cloud-native development, including serverless architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Drives process improvements in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software lifecycle management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex production issues and proposing long-term solutions
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and their architecture, with significant experience in designing and implementing features related to purchasing, sales, and manufacturing processes
