• AI agents that orchestrate website creation and optimization

• Human-simulator bots that browse, click, and get frustrated, like real people

• Planet-scale distributed services running on a Kubernetes fleet

• Core stack: TypeScript/Node, AWS, Kubernetes, Clickhouse, MySQL, Redis, Playwright

• AI tooling: Cursor, Codex, MCP, LLMs, agentic workflows

• Culture: ship often, own the outcome, debate ideas not egos, delete code that no longer serves us

• Have 3+ years building distributed backends in TypeScript / JavaScript

• Already work with agents, vector databases, context engineering

• Like small teams, fast decisions and deleting code as much as writing it

• Need a detailed spec before touching the keyboard

• Avoid honest feedback, in any direction

• Prefer 10x planning to 1x shipping

• Hybrid in downtown Austin, 3 days a week in our dog friendly office in the historic Littlefield Building (106 E 6th St, 6th and Congress) with 24/7 parking
