Core Responsibilities:
The General Manager is accountable to four core responsibilities:
Team & Culture Leadership: Oversee staffing strategies and lead a high-performing team, cultivating an environment of engagement, collaboration, and excellence in alignment with Booster's virtues.
Market Growth & Strategy: Design and execute a robust, long-term business strategy that propels sustainable growth across their market.
Market Profitability: Drive healthy margins through market P&L management, reliable revenue forecasting, and implementation of operational efficiencies.
Program Excellence: Uphold and promote a culture that sets the bar high for service and excellence, ensuring our clients always receive the best we have to offer.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2+ years of GM experience
Location: Must be currently living in or willing to relocate to Houston, Austin, San Antonio or New Orleans
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in account management and team leadership. Key requirements include advanced people management skills, financial acumen, strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record of client success.
