Job Purpose:
- The Treat Specialist at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a delightful experience for our customers by preparing and presenting a variety of treats. This role involves providing recommendations on product selection, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Treat Specialist plays a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations on treat selections.
- Prepare and present food items in an appealing and hygienic manner, adhering to company standards and health regulations.
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Engage in continuous learning and development through on-the-job training and by staying informed about new products and promotions.

QualificationsRequired Education:

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling
