THE OPPORTUNITY

The primary role of a Treasury Services Specialist is to provide implementation and onboarding to the Bank’s commercial customers for various products and services within the business banking platforms. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Provide professional and responsive service and troubleshooting assistance to commercial clients utilizing Treasury Management Services including but not limited to:
    • Online/Mobile Banking
    • Positive Pay
    • Remote Deposit
    • Bill Payment 
    • Wires
    • Secure File Transfers/Enhanced Reporting functions
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure the clients have an outstanding and reliable experience.
  • Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process requests for maintenance and modifications to existing products and services. 
  • Collaborate with teammates and management in a resourceful and positive manner.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Required:
    • 4 -5 years’ prior banking experience with advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products
    • Advanced knowledge/experience with customer service support
    • Internally motivated, team-oriented, ability to make decisions, create change, and promote company and personal growth
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

 SALARY RANGE

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
