Position Title: Treasury Sales Specialist
Reports To: AVP Director of Treasury Management
General Purpose: The Treasury Sales Specialist will promote, and onboard business banking customers
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new customers to the bank
- Promote treasury products and services to current or new customers.
- Work with internal staff to promote and educate on treasury products and services
- Review customer activity and provide solutions to customers
- Analyze the financial operations of various businesses entities
- Identify areas where technology may improve efficiency or decrease costs
- Deliver recommendations in appropriate format for customers
- Obtain and complete necessary contracts/documentation required for treasury products
- Train customers in appropriate use of treasury products
- Representing Isabella Bank in community activities
- All other assigned duties
Education/Experience
- Associate’s degree in business or two years similar or related work experience required
- Three to five years of banking experience preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
Knowledge of business organizational structures Skills
- Ability to understand the capabilities of treasury products and the value they can bring to a business
- Ability to communicate effectively with people serving in a wide range of roles
- Self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
