Role overview:
The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the treasury function, ensuring efficient cash management and banking administration. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and external banking partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and analyze daily cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Assist in managing short-term cash forecasting and optimizing cash positioning.
- Execute fund transfers, wires, and ACH payments in compliance with internal controls.
- Maintain banking relationships, account signatories, and electronic banking platforms.
- Support the setup and management of bank accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure treasury activities comply with corporate policies, banking regulations, and audit requirements.
How you’ll make an impact:
By 3 months…
- Familiarize yourself with the treasury function, key stakeholders, and banking relationships.
- Learn At-Bay’s treasury management system, banking platforms, and payment processing tools.
- Develop an understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and key treasury metrics.
By 6 Months…
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of cash positioning, bank account structures, and treasury workflows.
- Build relationships across finance, accounting, and banking partners to improve treasury operations.
- Deepen your knowledge of financial risk management, and industry best practices.=
What you’ve accomplished already:
- Assisted in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepared treasury reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Supported the development of financial models for cash management and strategic planning.
- Worked with finance, accounting, and banking partners to gather key treasury data.
- Conducted treasury-related ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and business objectives.
Pay transparency paragraph: Our estimated base pay range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
