Zayo is seeking a Treasury Manager to play an important role supporting Zayo’s global cash management processes, risk management strategies, capital markets activities and other key Treasury priorities. The Treasury Manager supervises junior members of the Treasury team, such as analysts, and collaborates with internal and external partners at various levels. The Treasury Manager reports to the Director of Treasury.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global cash flow forecasts in coordination with FP&A, AR & AP

Manage daily global cash positioning, including cash concentration, determination of borrowing, pay downs and intercompany settlements

Track metrics and prepare debt compliance certificates per credit agreement requirements

Support execution of capital markets transactions and manage post-closing compliance

Contribute to the development and execution of risk management strategies and initiatives

Maintain effective working relationships with external (e.g., banking) and internal partners (e.g., colleagues from Accounting, Tax, Finance, Legal)

Open, close and maintain global bank accounts and services

Perform reviews and manage legal authorized signers and bank portal users

Cultivate strong internal control environment and follow all company policies and procedures

Supervise, develop and mentor junior members of the Treasury team

Contribute to the execution of other priority projects to increase operational efficiencies and strengthen controls (i.e., automation, system, and bank service implementations)
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred

Minimum of 5 (five) years of corporate treasury work experience

Strong analytical, financial and systems skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Access experience, a plus

Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing lean but high-performing teams

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to maintain confidentiality
Base Pay Range: $81,200 - $127,600 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
