We are currently seeking a talented: Treasury Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Financing & Bank Relationships
- Lead financing planning for the Group: identify funding needs (fleet investment, working capital), propose financing structures, and prepare financing pipeline for CFO/Board review.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with banks and lessors (pricing, covenants, collateral, repayment structures); prepare comparison analyses of offers.
- Coordinate preparation and execution of financing documentation (facility agreements, security documents, amendments) together with legal counsel.
- Lead onboarding of new banking partners: due diligence, account opening, documentation, and integration into Group payment processes.
- Banking Costs & Payment Flows
- Analyse total banking costs across the Group (interest, fees, FX spreads, payment charges); negotiate improvements and optimise payment flows between banks and entities.
- Manage factoring arrangements: coordination with clients and factoring banks, limits, documentation, and utilisation monitoring.
- Liquidity & Cash Management
- Own short-term liquidity planning: daily/weekly cash positioning and decisions on fund transfers between accounts, entities, and currencies.
- Ensure the Group always has sufficient liquidity headroom while minimising idle cash and financing costs.
- Compliance & Controls
- Control bank KYC processes and deadlines: coordinate timely responses with legal and accounting teams; ensure no account restrictions arise from missed deadlines.
- Manage EU currency control and sanctions-related payment matters: resolve delayed or blocked payments, communicate with bank compliance departments, and document resolutions (particularly relevant for EU–Kazakhstan flows).
- Administer and control user access rights in banking platforms (e-banking, payment systems): approvals, periodic reviews, and removal of access on role changes or departures.
- 3–5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, or corporate finance (transport/logistics or asset-heavy industry is an advantage).
- Proven experience negotiating with banks and working with facility and security documentation.
- Strong understanding of debt instruments: term loans, leasing, factoring, overdrafts; familiarity with ECA-backed financing is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of KYC/AML processes and EU sanctions/currency control practice affecting cross-border payments.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to build and maintain cash flow and financing cost models.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English; Russian language proficiency at minimum B2 level is required (Kazakhstan operations).
- Structured, hands-on, and comfortable operating both at negotiation level with banks and at operational level with payments and documentation.

Skills Required
