Position Title: Treasury Management Support Specialist
This role will require being available for on-site work within the Isabella Bank footprint with a potential to work hybrid 2 days of the week after the training period.
Reports To: Treasury Management Operations Manager
General Purpose: The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Treasury Management Department.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and maintain Cash Management Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, etc.
- Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries.
- Monitor the daily operational activities of the Cash Management/Treasury Management Department.
- Maintains diligent awareness of risks including ACH rules, payments risk, as well as user authentication best practices for online banking services.
- Provide product and operational training and guidance to branch and commercial sales teams.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Assist with all Treasury Management documentation.
- Supports the Treasury Management implementation process, working collaboratively to ensure product/service implementation and client training is completed timely and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field or two years similar or related work experience.
- Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services is preferred.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through many delivery channels.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other analysis tools.
- Proficient in electronic banking products / services / devices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
