Our client, a $2Billion Community Bank, has asked us to assist in the search for a Treasury Management Officer to add to their team in St. Louis, MO.
This position will help lead and shape the bank’s treasury management function, ensuring top-tier services for clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial lenders and relationship teams to assess client cash management needs and recommend solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to uncover treasury opportunities and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee the setup, onboarding, and maintenance of treasury services, including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and digital banking solutions.
- Ensure accurate, compliant implementation of treasury services while coordinating with operations and technology support.
- Assist with treasury proposals, pricing structures, and product recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury products, services, and best practices.
- Educate internal teams to enhance cross-department collaboration and client solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of treasury products, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay/fraud prevention, and digital banking platforms.
- Experience collaborating with commercial clients and internal teams to implement treasury solutions.
- Proven ability to oversee or coordinate treasury implementations and onboarding.
- Strong consultative client service, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
