This position plays a crucial role in recommending customized treasury management solutions for business of all sizes to enhance cash flow, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency through automation. As a business partner, the Treasury Management Officer will work closely with bank teammates on sales opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.
*This position may work out of our corporate office in Arden Hills or one of our various bank locations*
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Uncover client needs and recommend customized treasury management solutions to improve working capital and operating efficiency while reducing financial risk.
- Demonstrate an expert-level knowledge of all commercial depository and treasury management products to include ACH and wire origination, positive pay, remote deposit capture, merchant processing, lockbox, corporate card and integrated payable solutions.
- Proactively and consistently engage with current and potential clients to develop, reinforce, and deepen relationships.
- Continually make introductions of new clients to internal and third-party banking partners to grow depository, lending, investment, and payment relationships.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of treasury management clients; perform annual relationship reviews; uncover and review additional business opportunities.
- Lead the development and delivery of prospect proposals.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all treasury management clients.
- Provide support and issue resolution to treasury management clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years treasury management, retail banking, business banking or a combination
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Ability to work independently coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical ability and reasoning
- Proven business development and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fiserv Premier banking system desired but not required
$80,000 - $95,000
