The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for setting up commercial online banking services and implementing basic treasury products. This role also manages ongoing maintenance for client accounts and treasury services across all regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive client experience. The position works closely with Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Relationship Support, and Bank Operations teams to deliver seamless service.


Responsibilities

  • Set up commercial online banking services for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate configuration and timely activation.
  • Implement basic treasury management products such as ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and account security features.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance of client accounts and treasury services, including updates, modifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Relationship Support, and Bank Operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and service experience.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to clients during implementation and maintenance processes to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Monitor and validate system setups to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, changes, and client interactions for audit and quality assurance purposes.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues related to treasury services and online banking functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance efficiency across regions.
  • Support internal teams with technical expertise on treasury products and assist in training as needed.

Education, Experience, and Other Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with minimal supervision required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
