We are looking for a Treasury Lead to build and scale our treasury operations across finance domains. This is a foundational role within cyber·Fund’s finance team, responsible for designing bank accounts’ infrastructure, managing liquidity and payments, and ensuring financial risk controls. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage and secure assets across jurisdictions.
What you’ll doDevelop and implement treasury policies and frameworks.
Design and manage bank accounts’ infrastructure with a focus on security, automation, and scalability.
Oversee payment operations.
Monitor treasury risk exposures (volatility, counterparty, concentration) and implement mitigations.
Build and maintain relationships with banking and financial service providers.
Deliver timely and accurate treasury reports to internal stakeholders.
Advise cross-functional teams (Legal, Ops, Product) on treasury-related matters.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and audit-ready documentation.
4+ years of experience in treasury, payments.
Strong background in fiat payment processes, including compliance (KYC/AML).
Process design skills: you can build scalable, secure systems from scratch.
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Data-driven mindset — reliable, structured, and focused on reporting and accountability.
Experience in FP&A, financial planning, or treasury forecasting.
Experience managing crypto treasury functions: wallet design, custody, liquidity, and DeFi
Technical understanding of on-chain infrastructure: multisig, custody providers, stablecoins, etc.
Familiarity with DeFi strategies (staking, yield farming, treasury diversification).
Experience designing or auditing internal controls for treasury functions.
Background in crypto-native startups, investment DAOs, or venture/RE funds.
