We are looking for a Treasury Executive to join our finance team and support our day-to-day treasury operations with PayFuture FS MT Ltd., an electronic money institution licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to grow within our finance team.
As our Treasury Executive, you will have these main objectives:- Assist in cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
- Process internal and external payments efficiently and securely.
- Support in foreign exchange transactions and currency risk management.
- Assist in preparing treasury reports and financial statements.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Use financial software (Xero, Tableau, Excel) to analyse and report cash positions.
RequirementsYou will be a good fit if you:

- Have a Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have prior experience of 5-7 years in treasury, banking, or financial operations is required.
- Have experience of at least 2-3 years in Payments (advantageous).
- Possess strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Are proficient in Excel, Word, Xero, (expertise on Tableau is preferred).
- Are able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have prior knowledge of financial regulations in Malta (preferred).
