We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Assistant to join our Pension Administration team. This team is responsible for supporting Pension Administration teams in reconciling: bank accounts, investments, contributions and annuities. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Amersham, Birmingham, Cheltenham or Liverpool offices working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
Assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of accounting and banking records
Assist in cashflow forecasting and arranging investments and disinvestments
Reconciliation of pooled investments funds
Assist in oversea payment processes
Project based work, as agreed from time to time
We would like to hear from you if you have:
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above is essential, however experience in the role is more desirable than other academic achievement
Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in accounts would be a benefit
Knowledge of the pensions industry would be advantageous but is not essential
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
