Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst II is responsible for the reconciliation/release of the claim checkwrite process.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate funding for all checkwrite activity through Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Process ECHO non-claims related payment requests
  • Process non-claim related payment void requests through EchoSoft
  • Serve as ECHO expert (SME) and primary program administrator
  • Specialize as the ECHO analyst for all research, payment inquiries and general checkwrite inquiries
  • Support any expansion related activities; including market/state expansions and bi-annual Facets upgrade testing. Act as liaison between ECHOHealth and CareSource
  • Create/Approve all wire and ACH third-party payments through TMS
  • Capital lease program management
  • Debt program management
  • Prepare and track check affidavit requests
  • Review and release all on-site bank deposits
  • Create/Approve all month end intercompany and related third-party payments
  • Process daily/monthly bank statements
  • Review account analysis statements from bank for accuracy
  • Bank fee analysis and services optimization recommendations
  • General Treasury mailbox administration
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide support for the TMS
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a finance or treasury-related field is required
  • Treasury management system (TMS) experience preferred

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understand Treasury concepts, practices & procedures
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including judgment/decision making, and the ability to work effectively with others at all levels
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates analytical/problem solving skills to perform a variety of complicated tasks
  • Possess critical thinking/listening skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable of internal control framework

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:

$69,400.00 - $111,000.00
