Hourly base pay rate is $25.58 - $38.37/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

The Treasury Team and Investments Team at Cox Enterprises manages all capital market and investment activities for the consolidated companies. These activities include managing publicly and privately issued financings which includes securitizations, oversight of company revenue and payment programs, strategic investment activities of defined benefit (DB) assets, as well as the investment platform of the 401(k) defined contribution (DC) assets.

The Treasury Analyst will focus on Cox's cash, investments, forecasting, analysis and technology needs. This person will need a basic understanding of cash management, forecasting and analytics, to provide support that will enhance Cox's Liquidity, Analysis, Forecasting, Reporting, Technology & Treasury department.

Duties and responsibilities

Cash & Investment Management

• Ensure liquidity, including daily cash positioning.

• Forecast liquidity, anticipate short-term needs;

• Conducts borrowing and investing activities.

• Resolves incoming requests and Cash Manager inbox matters in a timely manner.

• Initiates or releases funds movement, FX & investment transactions.

• Identifies & implements cash management process improvements.

• Maintains and monitors online banking & credit card user databases.

Bank & Merchant Account Management

• Assists with bank account administration.

• Work with external banks, vendors and internal business departments to actively address any service quality and process issues.

• Bank Fee Management and recoupment.

• Provide support for month end closing and management reporting.

• Perform new account openings, closings and service maintenance.

• Processing of KYC (Know Your Customer) documentations.

• Keep bank signatories up to date as needed given changes in the organization.

Financial & Data Management & Analysis

• Create and maintain a platform of internal and external reporting.

• Creation and Maintenance of Bank Reporting & Dashboards.

• Analyze and support various cash management areas.

• Provide ad-hoc support for data requests and quarterly reporting.

• Independently prepares complex proposals & cost/benefit analyses.

Treasury Systems Administration and Support

• Create and maintain WallStreet Treasura workstation and databases

• Monitors bank file imports, debt information & GL exports.

• Implement & test TMS enhancements and upgrades.

• Validate and maintain data, mapping rules, accounting rules, administrative configurations, user setup, and process flows within various Treasury systems including TMS and netting systems

• Support all Treasury projects as needed including any ad-hoc requests. Projects could include; enhancement of current Treasury workstation, analysis of our Treasury services, evaluating alternative depository solutions, integrate Treasury functions related to acquisitions, and create efficiencies within Treasury operations.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree with generally 1+ years of experience to include Financial Analysis, forecast management and/or reporting experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 4+ years of experience.
