REQUIREMENTS
- 0,5 - 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Experience in the IT sphere would be a plus
- Experience in arranging business trips, planning trip itineraries, and preparing visa application documents
- Experience in planning trips using Expedia Travel, Kayak, Booking.com, and other online resources
- Experience in planning air flights using the Selling Platform
- A strong Intermediate level of English or higher is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make reservations and choose transportation and lodging for company employees within the economic guidelines established by the company
- Arrange all payments related to the TM activity
- Record the costs of trips in Jira
- Prepare visa application documents and coordinate visa issuance procedures
- Proceed insurance booking
- Meeting management (book conference room and organize food and water, tea or coffee for meetings, etc).
- Control cleaning of the conference room during the guest visit
- Organize staff & client meals, taxi fares, gratuities, client gifts, excursions, supplies (office supplies and/or services), etc.
- Manage and coordinate the actions of specialists during travel
