As a Travel Billing Specialist, you'll handle travel billing and payment reconciliation for the Rock Family of Companies business travel program.

 

About the role 

  • Manage the virtual payment program and complete credit card authorization forms to ensure billing is handled for hotel stays on behalf of our traveling team members

  • Collect folios/receipts for all credit card transactions

  • Complete expense reports in a timely manner for travel charges while ensuring proper reconciliation

  • Code and approve business travel invoices while verifying for accuracy, disputing overcharges and providing trip descriptions

  • Act as the point of contact for travelers who have billing questions or concerns while on the road, or after they have returned home

  • Maintain vendor relationships with hotel, airline, ground transportation and car rental companies’ accounting and billing contacts

  • Responsible for all payment components related to the business travel program

 

About you 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
