Job DescriptionThe Transport Coordinator & Planner oversees the end-to-end transportation process, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of shipments via trucks, vans, and vessels. This role integrates coordination and system planning by directly engaging with service providers while managing real-time system transport plans. It focuses on ensuring resource availability, monitoring shipment progress, and facilitating timely and efficient delivery to customers.

- Monitoring and Updating of Delivery Status
- Service Provider & Customer Communication
- Bachelor’s degree of any course
- Minimum 6 months work experience related to Transport, Warehouse Operations, Shared Services/Delivery, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and service providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
- Willing to work in Iligan and is amenable to a 6-month contract.
