Transport Analyst

As a transportation analyst, you will be responsible for executing the processes and systems related to the transportation area, as well as capturing and organizing the data generated during daily operations.

This position reports to the Transportation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies (EHS, Compliance) by transportation providers
• Track operational KPIs and actively participate in Operational Excellence systems (raising and closing action cards, generating improvement ideas, and implementing 5S practices)
• Monitor loading times and units in the maneuvering yard through walkthroughs of docks and yard areas. Respond to information requests received through various communication channels
• Follow up on the execution of unit assignments shared by the scheduler, making adjustments to the plan when necessary to ensure units depart on route in the shortest possible time
• Maintain monitoring of the vehicle fleet (via GPS, Bee track, and phone calls) to ensure units complete their routes and coordinate reverse logistics for the units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce
• Familiarity with logistics operations, transportation systems, and traffic coordination.
• English A1 - A2
