We are seeking a Transition & Transformation Project Manager (T&T PM) to lead and coordinate complex IT transition and transformation initiatives across infrastructure, operations, and service delivery environments. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing projects that support client onboarding, service transitions, operational improvements, and technology transformation programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end transition and transformation projects within IT infrastructure and managed services environments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Manage service transitions, including knowledge transfer, operational readiness, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, infrastructure modernization, automation, and service improvement.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, contractual commitments, and business requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reports, executive presentations, and project metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Support change management activities associated with transition and transformation initiatives.
- Track project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, transition, transformation, or technology-related projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, data center operations, networking, and managed services environments.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience coordinating service transitions, migrations, onboarding activities, or operational transformations.
- Strong reporting and executive communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Experience leading cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or managed services transition projects.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, or public sector organizations.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
