As a Transformation Manager, you will lead significant changes across marketing, product development, and engineering. 🔨 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting and executing organizational strategies, change initiatives, and processes.

  • Ensure seamless alignment between executive leadership and departmental activities.

  • Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with department heads.

  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate performance.

  • Promote effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on IT-related initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.

  • Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.

✏️ Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting or a competitive, fast paced, performance driven environment requiring you to quickly grasp new concepts (SaaS, ecommerce, own business, private equity, consulting, ...)

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a must (Jira, Asana, Excel, CRM, ...)

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving

  • Proven experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements is highly desirable.

  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and crises effectively.

  • Strong technical or finance background and familiarity with IT projects.
