Your mission

Your daily work

• As a Transformation Excellence Consultant, you help our clients to generate measurable benefits within their implementation programs by ideally combining assets, methods and tools - with the involvement of the entire Accenture network
• You structure complex problems and solution approaches along all program phases and prepare them for the top management of our clients
• You develop and accompany complex IT transformation projects end-to-end, including the corresponding roadmap, value cases, optimize the governance and IT organization or design new IT processes
• You will work in multidisciplinary teams with our customers from different industries and functions, establish yourself as a transformation expert and use your knowledge to solve complex transformation tasks.
• As a lifelong learner, you will continuously acquire fresh knowledge about innovative technologies and approaches, use your knowledge to strengthen our reputation as an opinion leader in the realization of technology concepts and provide impetus for innovation for our customers.

You will work in different areas and realize innovative technological strategies, using cloud, data, analytics, AI and intelligent automation solutions to generate real added value. As part of M&A processes, you develop the IT target image of the new organization and work consistently towards it. You always view the use of innovative technologies such as quantum and blockchain from a trust & security perspective and ensure that all security and compliance requirements are met.

Who you are

• Very good IT university degree at Master's level (e.g. business informatics, computer science)
• Technical knowledge and enthusiasm for new technologies and modern applications
• Initial project/industry experience in the analysis, evaluation and development of IT programs
• Initial knowledge of relevant topics such as project/program management, agile methods, design thinking, IT governance, IT organization, business cases
• Precise verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English
