Our global team of passionate payments and software experts provide vertical software companies with an all-in-one platform and white-glove approach to service and capitalize on growth, innovation, and transformation opportunities within embedded payments.
Our deep understanding of the Payment ecosystem, collaborative mantra and platform flexibility enables our teams to create integrated payment experiences that deliver improved customer loyalty, software utility and value to our vertical SaaS partners.

Our transformation team spans across a wide range of business initiatives from operational improvements to global expansion programmes. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills, confidence in working with teams at all levels of the business, a ‘fixer’ mindset and win as one team mentality.
This opportunity presents a unique opportunity to become a foundation member of our newly established team reporting directly into the Global Expansion & Transformation Lead. We work across regions so occasional early morning calls to Australia are needed. We also come into the London office 2-3 days a week on a flexible basis.
What you’ll own
- Support the delivery of transformation programs by coordinating efforts across multiple ongoing projects & initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders at all levels to track progress, surface risks and maintain alignment to strategic goals.
- Lead or support key meetings, workshops, communication to enable effective collaboration across functions.
- Develop and maintain tools to monitor timelines, milestones & KPIs.
- Analyse processes and operations to recommend improvements aligned with transformation goals.
- Act as a change agent to support the adoption of new ways of working and fostering cross-team engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments & stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of documentation for operational success.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation based on changes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Any project management qualifications are preferred.
- Requires strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills. Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure. Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues
- Confidence in networking & presenting across the business at all levels.
- Curiosity & drive for continual improvement.
- Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
- General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
- Requires an independent individual, confident in owning their day-to-day work & driving new assignments.
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
- Analytical and data skills are required to determine client/business needs and requirements
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
