About the job:
Contentsquare is a rapidly expanding group that grows both organically and through
acquisitions.
Transfer pricing is crucial to the group's development plan.
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing manager who will be in charge of bringing the
group to the next level and setting the basis for our new vision and ambition!
You will integrate a team of 2 members and will report to the Tax director of the
group.
What you will do:
As our TP manager, you will:
- Enhance our transfer pricing method
- Improve our corporate structure efficiency
- Design our IP ownership structure
- Optimize our distribution channels
- Ensure optimal compliance at local ang group level
- Review TP computations
What you will need to succeed:
- You can easily understand new environments and keep up with change
- You constantly want to bring value to the team and make a difference
- You are solution and result-oriented
- You are not afraid to speak up
- You have a constructive and positive mindset
What makes you stand out:
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- 5-7 years of experience, preferably at least partly within a law firm
- Experience with tech companies
- Based in or near Paris
- Fluent in English
