The role:

Join our Transaction Management Team responsible for delivering one of our well-esteemed Client’s portfolio.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth, this pivotal role will drive commercial leasing negotiations and cost reduction initiatives across the client’s national telecommunications property portfolio.

Snapshot of the roles:

• Execute 60+ property transactions annually, focusing on securing optimal tenure for telecommunications sites
• Lead negotiations to reduce portfolio costs while increasing portfolio WALE by achieving 15+ year terms
• Manage end-to-end transaction delivery, from critical date identification through to documentation execution
• Develop and maintain strong landlord relationships to leverage favorable outcomes
• Support divestment requirements including notices, exit negotiations and documentation finalization
• Utilize transaction management technology to capture data points and drive reporting efficiencies

Requirements:

• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

• Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or Law
• Proven experience in client-facing tenant representation and/or leasing roles
• Telecommunications industry experience and/or high-volume portfolio management will be an added advantage, but not essential
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrable commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with lease administration and property management databases
• Ability to manage complex problems in a changing environment
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
