Transaction Manager (f/m/d)

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Manager to become part of our expanding Capital Markets team in Frankfurt. In this role, you'll collaborate with prominent international clients active in the German market, playing a key role in the execution and oversight of complex structured finance transactions.
You'll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of transactions, while delivering high-quality corporate and trustee services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-border environment where service excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction are at the core of everything we do.
Some of the things you'll be doing
- Support a portfolio of structured finance and securitization deals (e.g., CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, auto receivables, consumer credit).
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process, from KYC and compliance checks to transaction execution and ongoing administration.
- Draft and review service agreements, fee letters, and other transaction-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate internal records and ensure timely processing of all workflows.
- Prepare and organize board meetings, ensuring legal and procedural compliance throughout the special purpose vehicle life cycle.
- Monitor transactions for ongoing regulatory compliance (e.g., Market Abuse Regulations).
- Collaborate with accounting and legal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant client files.
- Accurately record billable hours and prepare client billing files and support timely settlement of client invoices.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- You hold a degree in law or a comparable legal qualification.
- You have prior experience of several years in German corporate services, capital markets, or in a legal or corporate secretarial environment, ideally within financial services, international law, tax, or trust sectors.
- Previous experience with securitization and capital markets transactions is an advantage.
- You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
