Role Description:

Beech Valley connects Top Tier CPAs and Finance professionals to highly sought-after freelance consulting opportunities.

We are seeking CPAs with Transaction Advisory (TAS) experience for fully remote consulting opportunities.

If you have experience and interest in ANY of the following areas of accounting and finance and would like to work for yourself, then we'd love to speak with you!

  • Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
  • Quality of Earnings Preparation 
  • Post-merger integrations
  • Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
  • M&A Taxes

Required experience: 

  • Financial due diligence at the Manager level or above
  • (TAS) Transaction Services, Buy-side or Sell-side

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
  • Previous Transaction Advisory experience at the Manager level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
