Job Summary: 
The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating employee training programs to enhance performance and productivity. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives, managing a team of trainers, and ensuring that training activities align with the organization’s goals and standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Program Development & Implementation: 

  • Design and develop training programs, materials, and curriculum to meet organizational needs. 

  • Implement training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing employees. 

  • Team Leadership & Management: 

  • Supervise and support a team of trainers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver effective training. 

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to training staff. 

  • Needs Analysis & Evaluation: 

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly. 

  • Ensure the transfer of learning by evaluating employee’s performance, ability and skills according to the Training matrix 

  • Administration & Reporting: 

  • Manage training schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of training programs.  

  • Ensure that training materials, equipment, and resources are available and up to date 

  • Keep detailed and maintain records of employee attendance, participation, and performance in training sessions. 

  • Coordinate with Production Supervisor to review and update employee’s skills  

  • Employee Support: 

  • Offer guidance and support to employees during training to help them understand material  

and meet learning objectives. 

  • Address any concerns or issues that employees may have during training. 

  • Provide ongoing coaching to employees post-training to ensure that learned skills are 

  effectively applied. 

  • Continuous Improvement: 

  • Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback, outcomes, and changing organizational needs. 

  • Implement innovative training methods and technologies to keep training programs engaging and effective.
