As a Training Specialist, you will:
- Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including use of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms.
- Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc.
- Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
- Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.
- Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.
- Maintain an up-beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Experience in public speaking
- Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
- Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required
- Experience with generative AI is highly desired
