Internal Opportunity: Training & Relationship Manager - NSW

 

At Netwealth, we don’t just provide a platform, we empower financial advisers to build better businesses and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

 

As our next Training & Relationship Manager, you’ll be central to this mission. From guiding advisers through their first experiences with Netwealth to delivering engaging training sessions, you’ll help practices unlock greater value and become a trusted partner across your region.

 

Your focus will be on educating, supporting, and building lasting relationships with adviser groups and practices already using or approving Netwealth. You’ll help maximise their experience, deepen engagement, and build capability through education, proactive support, and partnership.

What you’ll do:

 
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and educational support

  • Help advisers confidently navigate and use Netwealth’s products and services

  • Build trusted relationships through regular contact and proactive support

  • Support advisers through onboarding, registration, and their first applications

  • Identify opportunities to boost platform adoption and client engagement

  • Work closely with Distribution Managers to support regional growth initiatives

  • Attend adviser meetings, industry events, and training sessions

  • Collaborate across Netwealth to deliver exceptional adviser experiences
