Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a motivated, self-driven, Training Project Manager for an exciting opportunity to support sustainment of the Air Force's Minuteman III (MM III) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system, as well as the acquisition of its next ICBM, Sentinel.
Job Details
This Project Manager will work as part of a highly skilled team providing critical project management and training expertise to the Integrated Support Contract (ISC). They will help develop, coordinate, and deliver training to the ISC workforce as part of the Workforce Innovation Team (WIT). As a member of the WIT, you will join a diverse group of driven professionals who design the products and systems that support enhanced military capabilities, protect national security, and keep critical information and infrastructure secure. This position will operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the development and deployment of the next generation intercontinental ballistic missile, the national security-critical backbone of our nuclear deterrent capability.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or 7 years directly related experience. At least 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.
  • Focused experience with creating, maintaining and facilitating training programs.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones and status reports.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.
  • Ability to problem solve and apply appropriate solutions.
  • Familiar with eLearning Software (i.e. Articulate 360, Vyond).
  • Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts to develop training content.
  • Ability to expresses technical information in written and verbal formats that are comprehensible to a wide audience.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization both written and orally.
  • Comfortable presenting to both groups and individuals.
  • Approaches challenges with a positive mindset allowing for a "what's working" and "how can we learn from this" attitude.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Prior experience with DoD Acquisitions Programs and/or weapons systems.
  • Project management experience or certification (CAPM, PMP).
  • Experience in change management.
  • Experience in marketing or communications.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
