About the role 

Infoxchange is leading a cross-sector partnership to build the capability of the not-for-profit sector through the Digital Transformation Hub (the Hub) which provides tailored resources to help more than 10,000 organisations each year leverage digital technologies and amplify their impact. 

The Hub is an integrated set of web-based Digital Guides, training materials (webinars/online learning courses) and expert advice. 

This Training & Project Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Hub’s training program (led by the Training Program Designer & Manager), with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to support the development and delivery of webinars, self-paced learning modules and digital guides to improve the capability of non-profit IT managers, staff and vulnerable communities. 

The role reports directly to the Digital Transformation Manager.  

Key duties and responsibilities 

  • Training Coordination and Learning Operations - Coordinate the delivery of the Digital Transformation Hub's training and capacity-building activities, including webinars, workshops and self-paced learning programs. Support scheduling, registrations, participant communications, resource preparation, event logistics and Learning Management System administration to ensure a high-quality learning experience. 
  • Project Coordination and Administrative Support - Provide project coordination support across Digital Transformation Hub initiatives, including maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and timelines, coordinating meetings and supporting internal processes that contribute to the successful delivery of programs and projects. 
  • Reporting, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement - Collect, maintain and analyse training and project data, including participation, feedback and evaluation outcomes. Contribute to reporting requirements and support the ongoing improvement of training programs, systems, processes and participant experiences. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration - Work collaboratively with the Training Program Designer and Manager, Digital Transformation Hub Manager, presenters, volunteers, partners and internal teams to support the delivery of accessible, engaging and impactful learning opportunities for the not-for-profit sector. 

 

Key selection criteria 

To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will have/be: 

Qualifications and Specialist Expertise 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, project management, communications, education, information technology, community services or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.  
  • Experience that demonstrates coordination, administration or project support capability. 
  • Demonstrated ability to organise work, manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail when coordinating tasks, activities or events. 
  • Familiarity with digital workplace artificial intelligence tools, with the ability and curiosity to quickly learn and adopt new systems and ways of working. 
  • Interest in learning and development, training delivery, project coordination and digital capability building. 

We don't expect you to know everything. We're looking for someone who is organised, curious, confident with technology and AI, a strong communicator and excited to learn and grow.

Skills Required
