Job DescriptionAs a Software Engineering Intern at Endeavor IT Solution, you’ll be part of a tight knit group of engineers who have the same passion for building real solutions as you. You will learn how to build and ship code, and gain better understanding of the full development cycle. Interns are researchers and developers who have a passion for building solutions. They have a solid foundation in Computer Science and know how to apply what they have learned. Their deep understanding of algorithms and data structures allows them to solve the most challenging and technical problems.
Interns are encouraged and empowered to drive their own development projects ask questions, design solutions, and own the results. They are expected to bring their ideas to the table and to participate in our architectural debate.
During your internship, you will work as a full-time member on a small team within the larger engineering organization. In addition to participating as a regular member of the team, you will work with a mentor and manager to design your own project and implement the solution.
