Wachter is accepting applications for an NSP Training Facilitator in our Lowell Office.
The Training Facilitator manages the activities involved in the preparation, delivery, and assessment of training and development programs for Wachter that require a great deal of planning and management. The Training Facilitator is accountable for their assigned program(s) and manages the attendees, agenda, budget, etc., in addition, they may be responsible for managing and coaching the members of such programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for talent development, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to train and coach within a high-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the process of developing and maintaining training programs for Wachter.
Assist with creating / maintaining course curriculum, agendas, and content.
Facilitate marketing and recruiting activities for assigned program(s).
Traveling as necessary to market and recruit Wachter training programs.
Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your Supervisor may assign
Skills and Education
High school diploma or GED
College education / degree highly desirable
Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
Adhere to all Wachter Policies
