Responsibilities:
- Perform various pre-class and post-class admin which includes various pre-class and post-class admin such as preparing exam packages for LLQP classes, keying and/or auditing rosters
- Reconcile packages returned to Head Office after course completion to verify all expected is received and in good order
- Prepare course-related packages for sites and/or RVP offices including class rosters, exams, misc. materials, etc.
- Handle the post-exam scanning of student exam answer sheets and manage the results on computer files, using special software on a weekly basis
- Handle daily frequent calls and emails on various topics from the Field and respond accordingly to their concerns and/or questions in a timely manner
- Evaluate if a rep met the criteria to be compensated for one of our incentive programs and take the necessary steps to initiate payment
- Prepare and send daily and weekly reports and other admin-related tasks related to both LLQP and mutual fund courses
- Respond to management requests for information which may require research compiling statistics and/or other information
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Able to perform under deadline pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the strong ability to multi-task
- Strong cooperative and professional attitude
- A high-energy self-starter and shows initiative
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is required
