About the Role:

The purpose of this contractor position is to contribute to the broader initiatives of Crusoe's Leadership and Talent Development Program. This detail-driven role is ideal for a professional with strong technical and analytical skills, understanding the trickle effect of problem-solving. The L&TD Team is dynamic and collaborates across various departments, making it a wonderful fit for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, adaptive mindset. Much of this role will be supporting the technical side of our learning management system, as well as the administrative duties of our leadership development program, and additional responsibilities assigned as needed.

A Day In The Life:

  • LMS Data Management & Technical Support: Carry out a wide range of LMS data processing tasks as directed. Build processes, systems, and automations and periodically review the operations for compliance, adjustments, and accuracy.

  • Program Administration: Support all things leadership and talent development, including event setup, tracking, user and learner management, and more.

  • LMS Data Analytics & Insights: Support in delivering analyses of LMS data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

  • Learning Needs Analysis: Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.

  • Development Design: Contribute to the creation of learning content; tailor preexisting exercises and feedback and development planning processes and tools; draft new content as directed; draft documentation.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $44 - $61/hr. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
