We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and articulate Training Intern to join us during a pivotal time. Under the direction of our Senior Manager of Product Training, you will start part-time (approximately 15–20 hours/week) to learn the ropes of the Hyperproof platform and our training methodology. By summer, you will transition to full-time to provide primary coverage for our Training Manager’s leave.
This isn’t a "shadowing" internship. You will be in the driver’s seat, facilitating live sessions and managing our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a temporary position which should conclude by the end of summer.
What You’ll Do- Facilitate & Present: Facilitate live, camera-on training sessions via Zoom for new and existing customers, partnering closely with product management to present new features in Hyperproof.
- Content Management: Creating training video content by partnering with marketing to deliver product “level-up” early-access training videos and update existing training content, text, screenshots, and videos. Leverage AI voiceover tools and advanced video editing.
- Operational Support: Manage the training calendar, coordinate session logistics, and handle administrative tasks within our learning management system Bridge.
- Learn & Adapt: Learn the Hyperproof GRC software , LMS, and training content to serve as a resource for end users on questions. .
- Measure & Reward Learner Success: Distribute community badges within the customer community and analyze performance metrics via surveys to report in the support and enablement department.
- Drive Product Awareness: Partner with the documentation team to translate bi-weekly release notes into high-impact customer-facing release communications, leveraging our Intercom AI chatbot.
- Independent Ownership: Work autonomously in a remote environment, taking initiative to solve problems and improve the training experience.
- On-Camera Pro: You have an outgoing personality and feel energized by public speaking or facilitating groups.
- Tech-Fluent (Not Tech-Heavy): You don't need to be a developer, but you should be a "power user" of Google Suite and Zoom. Prior exposure to an LMS (e.g., Bridge, Docebo, TalentLMS, Seismic) is a huge plus.
- AI Integration & Synthesis: I am an early adopter of generative AI, utilizing AI chat tools and voiceover synthesis to rapidly produce and scale high-quality, customer-facing training materials.
- Multimedia Savvy: You aren’t just a facilitator; you’re a builder. You bring hands-on experience with video editing (ideally Camtasia) and are excited to use AI voiceover and editing tools to scale our customer-facing library.
- Driven & Independent: You thrive in remote settings and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- High EQ: You can read a virtual room and adjust your communication style to help customers feel supported.
- Duration: Temporary up to six months
- Spring: Part-time (Flexible hours, roughly 15–20 hours per week).
- Summer: Full-time (40 hours per week) to cover Training Manager leave
- Location: 100% Remote.
