Job Description

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in training program development, compliance, and brand education working across both beverage-alcohol (bev-alc) and non-alc brands.

Availability: Candidates must be available for all 11 weeks
Timeframe: May 19 – August 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: In-person: Two days per week at Enthuse Marketing, Hudson Yards, NYC
                 Remote: Three days per week

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate With the Team: Work closely with the team to develop visually engaging content for educational programs, presentations, and marketing materials, to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and educational objectives.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop templates and ensure all visuals reflect the company’s identity and values.
  • Participate in Brainstorms: Assist in developing ideas for innovative storytelling.
  • Will attend and observe internal meetings and under supervision, support the design, delivery, engagement and/or evaluation of in-house learning initiatives
  • Development. Lead strategy, development, and implementation of the following:
    • Team assessment of brand/category knowledge and presentation skills
    • Learning and development for each hire, in partnership with field employees
    • Provide feedback from live, virtual, written and recorded training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be 21+ years of age
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand development, and creating visual impact.
  • Interest in marketing, brand education, and talent development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of cocktail culture, hospitality, or beverage industry regulations is a bonus.

Additional Information

The base compensation for this job classification is $16.00 hourly or applicable state wage. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions. This position offers incentive opportunities plus full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, PTO time and more.
