电机设计工程师-Trainee

岗位职责：

1.负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计电机产品。
2.负责电机结构设计，电磁仿真。
3.负责电机的测试方案和性能评估。
4.负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中的技术问题。
5.负责工艺技术改进、改良工作，降低制造成本。
6.负责公司有刷/无刷直流电机产品有关标准的修订、完善。

任职要求：
1.电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业硕士以上学历。
2.熟悉电机/机械原理，机械材料选型。
3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks、Maxwell等软件及Office办公软件。
4.英文读写熟练，口语流利优先。
