As a Trainee Supply (m/f/d), you will gain comprehensive insights into various departments and processes of our company over two years. These include:

• Fashion Buying
• Procurement
• Partner Business & Services
• Merchandise Planning
• Inventory Management & Supply Data Solutions 
• Business Planning & Steering

We can define your preferred areas of deployment together.

The Trainee Program:

Building Expertise

• Immersion in 3-4 different departments on the supply side
• Understanding, analyzing, and monitoring key supply KPIs
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses

Developing Management Skills

• Independent responsibility for projects and tasks
• Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
• Achieving tangible results in project implementation

Deepening Project Management

• Leading and coordinating strategic and operational projects
• Further developing our campaign setup and optimizing the product offering in international markets
• Supporting the internationalization of partner assortments (e.g., in Eastern or Southern Europe)
• Optimizing direct data exchange with key partners

Building a Network

• Collaborating with various teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Tech
• Cross-team networking and close cooperation within the peer group of trainees

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field of study
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and creative thinking
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation and initiative to drive topics forward
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large data sets
• Initial practical experience in the tech, retail, and/or e-commerce environment is a plus
