Trainee Sales Development Representative

Leobit is seeking a Trainee Sales Development Representative to work as a part of our Business Development team.

Location: Lviv

• Assist in the lead generation process using Upwork as the primary sales channel
• Participate in the automated bidding process guided by our data-driven tools
• Maintain and update accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies
• Develop and enhance soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management
• Focus on attention to detail to ensure high-quality bids and client interactions

• Basic usage of Chat GPT and familiarity with digital tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bids and communications
• Interest in developing sales-related skills and a passion for learning about sales processes
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Understanding the software development lifecycle (would be a plus)
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher
