JOB PURPOSE
For our office in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, we are looking for an aspiring digital marketeer who wants to learn from our Paid Ads crew and kick off a career in paid social advertising with our traineeship.
As a Paid Social Advertising Trainee at DEPT®, you will learn how our customers can achieve their goals with the help of paid social advertising. You will learn all about building strategies and how to convey this to customers. You will support in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok for amazing clients such as Netflix, G-star, Foot Locker, Smart, etc. An important part of this role is supporting the experienced consultants in achieving the objectives for paid social advertising campaigns. You do this with the help of reports, after all, data is key.
The traineeship runs for 7 months. In the first place, we will develop your theoretical skills within paid advertising, while working with applying it in practice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have an educational background in the field of digital marketing;
- Are aware of the latest trends in the paid social advertising field;
- Aim to start working as a Junior Paid Social Advertising Consultant at DEPT® after 7 months as a Paid Social Advertising Trainee;
- Having an experience with running paid campaigns via social media channels is considered a plus;
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager;
- Are communicative, analytical, flexible, and independent;
- Being fluent in English and Dutch - both written and spoken.
